The owners, Eric, LeAnne, and Quy, have always had a passion for hair and quality customer service. They all worked together at a prominent salon, which has many locations throughout Orange County and Los Angeles. LeAnne started with the company in 1979 when they opened their first salon in the OC and was credited as one of the stylist that helped create their excellent name. She was the company's hair color specialist and taught hair color for the company for 12 years. Eric started with that company in 1985 and instantly became one of their top stylists. There he exercised his passion for teaching quality haircutting for ten years. Eric has always attended the Vidal Sassoon Academy in Santa Monica and the Bumble and bumble University in New York. Quy started with that company in 1995 when he came from a Vidal Sassoon Salon in LA. He continued thriving in the company's excellent atmosphere until he, Eric, LeAnne decided to team up and open their own salon.
In 1997, Empire Salon was opened with the vision to create an atmosphere where like minded stylists could work. Shortly after the salon opened, Quy won an award for his haircutting at a high-caliber hair show. His achievement helped put Empire on the map. Empire continued to make a name for itself by being featured in many top hairstylist magazines. Empire was also named one of the Top 10 Salons in Orange County by Allure magazine and Top 10 Salon for Hair Color by Elle magazine. Each owner maintains their passion for exceptional quality and stays on top of all of the latest industry styles, techniques, and products. They each share and educate their fellow team members in order to keep the salon on the cutting edge.
